We have received an application for a Class I Floodplain Development Permit for property at
4340 Garrison Street. The application is being requested to allow replacement of a fence along
the northeast property line (see site plan).
The application form has been completed by the property owner, Christopher Strickler, but the
primary contact for the project has been the tenant, Sue Fletcher. She can be contacted at
303-953-3090 with any additional questions.
Please review the permit application and then return the file to me with your comments, The
applicant will be informed of any changes that will need to be made before the request can be
approved and before a building permit is issued.

Good Morning,
I live in the address above as a tenant. Our fence that butts up against the Wheatridge Parks & Recreation
(where they park their vehicles, etc.) and it is in very dire shape.
We would like to repair it as we have some new sections that can be used in the place of the ones' that are
falling over. We would like to know if:
1. We will need a permit to repair the fence
2, We will need to get a locate
3. If our repairs will impede on the Parks/Recreation folks.
This would be a weekend job and we plan to remove a couple of stumps at the same time since they were part
of the cause of the fence posts being destroyed,
The Parks replaced the East fence that runs a long our property last year, but did not ask us if we wanted to I
help share the cost to replace the fence on the North side, so with that said, we mustiiLrjjr Viis cost oursgivp .
