The application is being requested to allow replacement of a fence along the northeast property line (see site plan). The application form has been completed by the property owner, Christopher Strickler, but the primary contact for the project has been the tenant, Sue Fletcher. She can be contacted at 303-953-3090 with any additional questions. Please review the permit application and then return the file to me with your comments, The applicant will be informed of any changes that will need to be made before the request can be approved and before a building permit is issued. Our fence that butts up against the Wheatridge Parks & Recreation (where they park their vehicles, etc.) and it is in very dire shape. We would like to repair it as we have some new sections that can be used in the place of the ones' that are falling over. We would like to know if: 1. We will need a permit to repair the fence 2, We will need to get a locate 3. If our repairs will impede on the Parks/Recreation folks.
