Our fence that butts up against the Wheatridge Parks & Recreation (where they park their vehicles, etc.) and it is in very dire shape. We would like to repair it as we have some new sections that can be used in the place of the ones' that are falling over. We would like to know if: 1. We will need a permit to repair the fence 2, We will need to get a locate 3. If our repairs will impede on the Parks/Recreation folks.
