This letter was prepared for the exclusive use of our client and is not intended for my other purpose. Out conclusions are based on the information made available to us at this time. Asphalt shingles are required to be fastened to the roof deck with a minimum of 6 nails per shingle. Ice and water shield is required. Eave and rake metal is required. Roof ventilation is required to comply with applicable codes and/or manufacturer installation instructions, whichever is more stringent.
