Dear Ms. Quail:
Thank you for your assistance in providing information to me regarding
procedural issues and requirements for conversion of existing R-3 zoned apartments to
town homes. This letter serves as confirmation of our telephone conversation wherein
you indicated that as long as no structural changes are being made to the building, our
client does not require approval from the City of Wheat Ridge to effect the conversion. I
did note that you said that separate water meters are not required but separate electrical
meters would be a requirement, and that if any electrical or plumbing work is needed
during the conversion, our client would need to obtain the necessary permits from your
office.
