Installation of roof sheathing (new or overlay) requires an approved inspection prior to installation of ANY roof coverings and is require on the entire roof when spaced or board sheathing with ANY gap exceeding one half inch exists. Reaching agreement on the full scope of repairs involves considerable time on CORE's part; we will not proceed with that phase unless you agree to allow us to do the work once the scope is agreed upon. By signing this contract, you authorize CORE to reach agreement on the scope of repairs on your behalf.
