1. Remove smoke detector from bathroom.
2. The loft area is not considered as habitable space due to less than one-half of the
floor area having a ceiling height of less than 7'-6" (you have a floor area of 90 sq
ft and only 36 sq ft has a ceiling height of 7'-6".) Change roof framing to allow loft
to be built.
3. 2844 windows in existing bedroom will be required to be double-hung to meet
egress requirements.
