Inspector said that he does not have to have egress in the room even with the closet in there as long as he is not using it as a bedroom. When I talked with the homeowner today they are not planning on using it for a bedroom to make sure nothing is in the space throughout the process and through the inspection he will even sign a a grass waiver so we need to send him one and we can go ahead and order.
