I have shared with Ms. Jacquez that I see no problem with allocating a specific number of spaces due to following history of Hillside Plaza. Currently there are nine tenants leasing a total of 15,660 sf of which 3,950 sfis leased to Ms. Jacquez. Historically, the center has had anywhere from a 20% to 30% vacancy rate since it was purchased in July of 200 I. All but three businesses close between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday. All but two businesses are closed on Sundays. Peak times at the center are usually II :00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. During peak times, the lot usually has a maximum of 40 cars and it can accommodate up to 101. It is my understanding after speaking to Ms. Jacquez that most of her business will occur after peak hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. So I shared with her that I could reserve a total of 60 spaces during those hours and 55 spaces at all other times.
