Ms. Lucile Knowlton
4471 Kipling Street
Wheat Ridge, CO
Dear Ms Knowlton:
This letter is in response to your request for documentation on the one room addition, remodel,
and reroof project on your property. It is my understanding that the documentation is necessary
for legal action against a contractor by the name of Eugene Aragon, d.b.a. Cambridge
Development Corporation.
According to the inspection documentation, the permit was not finalized under Cambridge
Development Corporation because of problems with the framing and the electric. The
documentation only reflects the work that was called for inspection. It is also my understanding
that Mr. Aragon abandoned the project as the project was left in a rough stage of construction.
As you are aware through our many communications, when you requested that I help to contact
Mr. Aragon my attempts were unsuccessful. This furthers my opinion that Mr. Aragon
abandoned the project.
I hope that the copy of the inspection report for permit 2262, 4471 Kipling Street, will be helpful
for you.
If you have any further questions, feel free to call me at 235-2850.
Sincerely,
Bob Gaspar
