Both owners of the property were present. The inspection was performed on April 25, 2001. Following are the findings of the inspection: 1. The plumbing system worked without a problem. That included the toilet sewer system. 2. Exiting requirements for a building with second floor apartments, that was built c. 1949 may not have required a second escape route. Jefferson County can not verify the code . requirements at time of construction. 3. "Lead Paint" disclosure requirements are not handled at the local level. You may call 1-800-424-LEAD for more information. 4. Holes were found in the windows. The landlord agreed to fix the holes. A follow-up inspection will be scheduled with the owner on the repair.
