The proposed drainage facilities shall be constructed and approved by the City of Wheat Ridge prior to issuance of any Certificates of Occupancy. 2. Engineered construction plan and profile drawings, prepared in conformance to City of Wheat Ridge standards, will need to be submitted for review and approval by the City prior to the issuance of any Certificates of Occupancy. 3. Upon approval of the above referenced street construction plans, an itemized engineer's cost estimate of said public improvements will need to be submitted for review and approval. Upon approval of this estimate, a letter of credit, matching the total cost of the required public improvements will need to be submitted for review and approval by the City. 4. Prior to any construction of the required public improvements, the necessary right-of-way construction permit(s) and respective licensing will need to be applied for by the contractor(s), and processed by the City of Wheat Ridge. o RECYCLED PAPER Mr. John Kennedy JDHD Construction Corporation Page 2 5. Upon completion of items 2 thru 4, the required construction of said public improvements are to be completed in accordance with all applicable City standards prior to the issuance of any Certificates of Occupancy. 6. Erosion control for the project shall be placed in conformance with the approved drainage/erosion control plan and shall be maintained as needed during the course of construction. 7. All drainage improvements shall be constructed in conformance ~ith the approved drainage report and plan. 8. It will be the responsibility of the contractor for the project to repair any damage to the existing public improvements on West 32nd Avenue and/or Kendall Street as a result of related construction traffic in the area. Also, the contractor will be responsible for maintaining west 32nd Avenue and Kendall Street on a regular basis such they are free of construction debris and tracking from construction traffic accessing the site. 9. Upon completion of the drainage improvements the engineer, Tuttle, Applegate, Rindahl, Inc., shall provide to the City of Wheat Ridge a letter of certification stating that the various improvements, as defined in the drainage report and plan, have been accurately surveyed to confirm that their construction is in accordance with these documents.
