CENSPACE, LLC also inspected the timber framing and plywood sheathing for the garage. It is my opinion that the main structure's steel and timber framing is adequate and in general conformance to the approved structural plans. The garage timber framing and sheathing has also been deemed adequate and in general conformance to the approved structural plans These statements represent the opinions of the undersigned based upon the information presented in this report. This report is based upon a relatively short time observation ("snapshot in time") and some of the information may have been supplied by others. Unless specifically noted below this report does not cover electrical, mechanical/plumbing or subsoil conditions including the existence of mold. Since portions of the structure are not available for observation without using destructive methods, CENSPACE, LLC makes no warranty of guarantee, neither implicit nor explicit, that any portion of the contents of this report and/or associated drawings represents the complete or sole solution with respect to hidden defects or unknown conditions.
