The proposed framing modifications include the removal of the wall between the kitchen and sunroom and the removal of the wall between the kitchen and dining room. The removal of these walls requires the installation of new wood headers to support the existing roof and ceiling framing. See the attached sketch for additional information. • SK -1 shows the configuration of the roof framing and new wood beams. Please note that the existing roof and ceiling framing shall be temporarily shored as required until the installation of all new framing is complete. The proposed framing modifications include relocating the stair further to the north and infilling the existing stair opening. Please note that the existing floor framing shall be temporarily shored as required until the installation of all new framing is complete.
