Installation of roof sheathing (new or overlay) is required on the entire roof when spaced or board sheathing with ANY gap exceeding one half inch exists. Sheathing and mid -roofs may be called in at the same time, one hundred percent of the sheathing must be complete and 25-75 percent of the mid -roof may be complete. View it in your browser. 128 CATASTROPHE CONSTRUCTION GROUP The Agreement ("Agreement"), effective as of the date of the last party to sign on the reverse side, is between Catastrophe Construction Group, LLC (CCG), having an address at 999 18th St. Denver CO 80202 and the "Property Owner" having a name and address listed on the reverse side.
