Sheathing and mid -roofs may be called in at the same time, one hundred percent of the sheathing must be complete and 25-75 percent of the mid -roof may be complete. We will coordinate additional work on siding, windows, downspouts, etc. as requested by the HOA. AVI may exceed the scope recommended by the insurance claims estimate and will Supplement AmFam for these additions as applicable ... Condition of the Roofs: After thoroughly investigating the roofs, we agree with your adjuster that there is severe hail damage to the asphalt shingles on the buildings listed above and are generally in sync with your insurance company's estimate of repairs. Please note that there are two claims covering three buildings. We will assist coordinating between these two claims to identify all damage combined as follows: • Bldg. 4440 —The roof only is covered under a 6/28/2016 DOL (Date of Loss) claim, We have determined that there is additional damaoe to the building that are a result of the 5/8/2017 DOL and not reflected in the most recent DOL insurance scope of damage that we are seeing, AVI will detail these additional scope items and present to AmFam as follows: o Screens on the west elevation o All Gutters and a few downspouts o Staining of Deck on west end. • Bldgs. 4440, 4430, & 4420 -- AVI recommends beginning work on the Roof and Gutters immediately regardless of which claim is covering these trades. AVI will also Supplement items on the Roof and Gutters as needed and perform other Code required work.
