We are required to use certain techniques to ensure the lead is correctly removed when the amount disturbed exceeds twenty square feet. Please see attached copy of roof contract, provider claim and C.R.S. 10-4-120 requirements in regards to adjusting claims for losses and preparing insurer claims in the state of Colorado.
