Installation of roof sheathing (new or overlay) is required on the entire roof when spaced or board sheathing with ANY gap exceeding one half inch exists. My family ran into some hardship with an extended illness and we were not able to complete all of the work due to funds being moved towards medical bills. I would say we are between 85 to 95 percent done with the building permit work at the moment. The medical bills are mostly paid off and I will be able to resume work.
