TERMS AND CONDITIONS I/We the owners of the premises described below, hereinafter referred to or understood as "Owner/Buyer;' offer to contract with Precision Siding & Construction Co., Inc. hereinafter referred to as "PSC" to furnish and deliver and arrange for installation of all materials necessary to improve the premises according to the specifications attached hereto. 1. Any supplemental payment from the buyer's insurance company is due to PSC including Contractor's Overhead and Profit. 4. Labor Warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters: lightning, gale force wind, hurricane, tornado, hailstorm, and impact of foreign objects or other damages due to settlement, distortion, improper ventilation of the building envelope, or failure of the roof deck, walls, or foundation of a building. PSC shall be held harmless and free from all liability and legal action relating to any presence of Mold at the subject property regardless of the legal theory upon which any such claim rests. 5. PSC is not responsible to provide any materials or to perform any work other than what is described above. 6. 1.5% monthly will be added in daily increments to the balance of any and all unpaid portion of contract, commencing upon completion date reception of remaining insurance proceeds. 7. PSC will perform all work according to local building codes and specifications. 8. If customer falls to pay for services performed by PSC then the Customer is responsible to pay all legal Costs and Fees acquired by PSC in pursuing payment. 15.
