I did not include installing the ceiling fans as part of this permit. When Bill MazoWSki did the Inspection he stated there was no permit to install ceiling fana. I did not intend to do work with out permit. I was wrong in not stating this on Original permit. We pulled a neW permit and payed 3 times tor this overaite a new permit was issued for ceiling fan box installation on 7-25-2005.
