Mr. Krizek,
On Saturday Nov. 17 I visited the job site listed above to inspect the attachment of
exterior sheathing.
The day before the inspector from City of Wheat Ridge noted deficiencies. The
attachment of the sheathing was corrected prior to installation if siding. Additional
staples and nails were added. The required gap in the roof sheathing was obtained by
running the saw along the seam prior to roofing.
