The property addressed 3755 & 3775 Allison Court registered a duplex split with
Jefferson County in 2010 and is located in the Residential -Two (R-2) zone district.
After further analysis of building permits from 1976 and 2007, there was an existing
kitchen in the basement of 3775 Allison Ct. However, this basement is not a 3'
dwelling unit and cannot be given a separate address.
The Wheat Ridge Housing Authority owned the property and documentation from
their remodel confirms only 2 independent dwelling units exist on the property.

Main Level Bathrooms Vanity, Sinks, Faucets, and Cabinets: Remove
and replace Vanity. Provide and install a new oval Sink with Faucets
(Delta 522 WFMPU, Moen 4621, or approved equals) in new 36" vanity
base counter top in unit. Replace all lead p -traps. Included plumbing
connections and any changes that are required, including new shut-off
valves. Remove existing Tile texture, finish and paint walls where
removed. Install a recessed Medicine cabinet.

Lower Level Walls: Fir, Texture, and Paint: Fir out all unfinished
walls, add electrical to code, Provide and install one and one-half inch (1
'/2") insulation. Remove and replace baseboard heaters after all finishes
are completed. Insulation shall be properly installed as per manufacturer's
recommendations. Contractor shall leave certification of insulation
installed. Put stomp texture throughout entire unit, prior to painting. Paint
ALL paintable surfaces with two (2) coats durable, washable latek paint,
owner to select color from stock colors.

room door and replace with fire rated door (26 X 68) with threshold and
knob.

Upper Level Back Door Replacement: Remove and dispose of existing
back door and replace with a pre -hung, primed, insulated, 1 3/4" thick,
raised panel steel) at each unit. Doors shall have deadbolt locksets back
and front doors of each separate unit should be keyed alike each unit
different (with no duplicate keys), adjustable threshold, trim and site paint
after installation. Owner to select color from standard colors.

This application is exclusively for new permits for residential roofs and for licensed
contractors only. This type of permit is ONLY being processed online --do not come
to City Hall to submit an application in person. Permits are processed and issued in
the order they are received and due to the volume of requests, time to process
varies and is subject to change. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WHEN YOUR
PERMIT IS READY FOR PICK-UP AND WILL BE GIVEN A SPECIFIC DATE
AND TIME WINDOW TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION. You will be notified if
your contractor's license or insurance has expired, and you may update those
documents at the time you are issued your permit.
For all other requests:
Homeowners wishing to obtain a roofing permit must apply for the permit in person
at City Hall. Revisions to existing permits (for example, to add redecking) must be
completed in person at City Hall. All other non -roofing permits must be completed in
person at City Hall. The Building Division will be open from 7:30-10:30 a.m.,
Monday through Friday to process these types of requests.
