The rough-in plumbing and underground of the bathroom plumbing was done by "Done Service Group" on permit number 14636 October 16,2002. 2. The remainder ofthe basement was finished on permit number 9981, August 4, 2000 which included electrical. 3, The ceiling light and fan will use the existing circuit to the ceiling light and separate light over the sink. 4. There are 2 existing, GFI outlets on the North wall, one at a 48" height and one at a 20" height. I do not anticipate any need for additional outlets. These were put in at the time of the basement finishing in August, 2000. 5. The existing window is to be closed using block glass or concrete, the power vent will exhaust above the window, through the sill plate to the outside. 6, I plan on running a 4" duct from the furnace trunk to the room since the distance is only about 3 feet and the room is only about 4' by 7', 7. The toilet is a " low flow" 1.6 gallon per flush, power assist unit. 8. The ceiling will be suspended, using plastic panels and the finished height will be 7' -I", 9.
