We arrived on scene at 1447 hours and cleared at 1611 hours. The incident occurred at 3520 High Ct, WHEAT RIDGE. The local station is 1. The general description of this property is I or 2 family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was extinguishment. No mutuaVautomatic aid was given or received. The involved structure is described as an enclosed building. The building was occupied and operating. "Common room, den, family room, living room, lounge" best describes the primary use of the room or space where the fire originated. The fire occurred on the first floor below grade. The fire was confmed to the object of origin. The cause of ignition is under investigation. The material fIrst ignited was "fabric, fiber, cotton, blends, rayon, wool". The use, or purpose of the material that was first ignited was "upholstered sofa, chair, vehicle seats", The estimated content loss was $20. The estimated property value was $20.
