A ladder extending 3 feet above the roof eave and secured in place is required to be provided for all roof inspections. Any changes to this agreement, including changes to scope of work and/or agreed-upon costs, must be in writing. The company reserves the right to withdraw its proposal to provide service at any time. 1. Full replacement cost or Replacement Cost Value (RCV) including overhead and profit, base charges and taxes per the insurance company's estimate for repairs shall be the payment due, unless specifically stated otherwise. Should the customer default in payment of this agreement, meaning that their balance is not paid in full, the company reserves the right to place a lien on the property and charges shall be added from the date of substantial completion at the maximum allowable by law. Contractual discounts and allowances will be forfeit upon default. 3. In the event that the customer breaches this agreement after costs have been incurred or services have been provided by the company y, the customer shall be billed for those costs and services. Costs and services may include, but are not limited to, inspections, preparation of estimates, preparation of material orders, meetings with customers, meetings with insurance company personnel, material restocking fees, mileage costs, order processing costs and office costs. 4. The company provides a limited warranty for workmanship effective on the date of substantial completion. Full payment per terms of this agreement shall constitute the sole consideration for the workmanship warranty. 5. Manufacturer's warranties for materials are solely those of the manufacturer. The company makes no warranty concerning merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise concerning any of the materials used by the company. 6.
