Subject to the following terms and conditions, Carlisle Roofing Systems, 1310, warrants to the Buyer that the Carlisle membrane material
(MEMBRANE) will not prematurely deteriorate to the point of failure beefs= of weathering for a period of fifteen (15) years for 45- or 50- )nil
membrane or twenty (20) years for 60-, 72-, 75-, 80-, or 90 -mil membrane or thirty (30) years for 90 -trail membrane all from the date of sale, if
properly installed, maintained and used for The purpose for which the manufacturer intended.
If upon inspection by Carlisle, the Membrage shows premature deterioration because of weaihoring within the designated warranty period stated
herein, Carlisle's liability and Buyer's remedies are limited at Carlisle's option to the providing of repair material for the original Membrane or crodit
to be applied towards the purchase of a new Membrane, the value of these remcdics being determined by Carlisle based upon the number of
remaining months of the unexpired warranty used to pro -rare at the current prices for the Membrane. The maximum pro -rated value allowed by
Carlisle for repair or credir shall not exceed the original Membrane purchase price.
To validate this warranty, the registration information must be completed by The owner and mailed, along with the copy of the invoice clearly
Indicating the material purchased, within 10 days atter the dale of sale, Buyer shall give Carlisle notice of a claim under this warranty within thirty -
(30) days of discovering any premature deterioration of the Membrane. Any claim under this warranty must be made in writing within the designated
warranty pur'iod from the date of sale and must include A sample of the membrane, at the owner's expense, for evaluation and response.
This Warranty refers to the deck membrane material only, );lashings, adhesives and other accessories Contained in a membrane system are noT coyemd
by this or any other warranty, expressed or implied.
Carlisle is not responsible for the cleanliness or discoloration of the membrana material caused by environmental conditions including, but not limited
to, dir( pollutants or biological agents.
Carlisle shall have no liability under any theory of law for any claims, ,repairs, restoration, or other damages including, but not limited to,
consequential or incidental damages relaTing directly or indirectly, to the presence of any irritants, contaminants, vapors, francs, molds, fungi,
bacteria, spores, mycotoxins, or the like in the building or in the air, land orwater serving the building.

Leaks
Locate the leak and determine if it is a roof membrane leak or a wall, curb, skylight, metal ductwork or plumbing leak. Do not assume
that a leak is in the membrane. A water leak may be indicated by soft or warped insulation.

Use Carlisle's Lap Sealant or any good grade rubber caulk to make temporary repairs prior to calling your roofng professional.
