The property owner may also rescind this contract within 72 hours of notice from the insurance company for a claim that is denied in whale or part if the work being contracted for is to be funded from the proceeds of a property and casualty insurance claim. Interest at the rate of 1-1 /2% per month (18 % per annum) will be added on to all accounts 30 days past due.
