REQUEST FOR: VOLANT
10601 W. I-70 Frontage Rd. North
Volant would like to request a 10% administrative variance for setback and height.
The property line is 15' back of the curb. In order to keep the sign out of the drive and
in between the parking spaces, Volant needs a 9' setback.
Volant needs the 10% request for height because that is the maximum height they can
request to meet their May 5, 1995 opening deadline. The height is needed for visibility
off of I-70.

This is to inform you that Case No. WA-95-13 is a request for
a 1''' sign setback variance and a 2.5'' sign height variance

which allows no more than a ten percent (10°s) variance. to be
granted by the Zoning Administrator without need for a public
