Dear Applicants:
Please be advised That Case No. WA-95-5, an application for approval of a
minor variance fo a front yard setback of 27 feet, where 30 feet is nozmalIy
required, has been administratively approved on March I3, 1995.
As per Section 26-6(D)(2)(d): "Expiration of variance: Any variance granted
by the board of adjustment or planning director shall automatically expire
within one hundred eighty (180) daps of the date if was granted, or within
such other time as the board of adjustment or planning director may
prescribe, unless a building permit for the variance is obtained within such
period of time. If the building permit expires, the variance shaII expire at
the same time. Extensions of time map be granted for good cause shown,
but only if an application for the extension is made prfor fo the expiration
of the variance."
As per the above section, ff no building permit has been obtained, pour
variance will expire on:
