NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held before the
Wheat Ridge Board of Adjustment on, September 22, 1994, at 7:30
P.M., at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado. All
interested citizens are invited to speak at the Public Hearing or
submit written comments. The following petitions shall be heard:
1. Case No. WA-94-11; An application by Paui McSheehy for
approval of the following variances:
a. A 10' variance to the required 15' side yard s-etback
to allow an existing awning to remain.
b. A 12' variance to the required 15' side yard setback
and a .5' variance to the required 5' rear yard
setback to allow an existing barn to .remain.
Said property is zoned Agricultural-One, is located at
4360 Jellison Street and is legally described as follows:
The north 90 feet of the following described property:
Beginning at a point 638 feet east of the southwest corner
of the SW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 22, Township 3 South, Range
