This agreement is hereby made and entered on 6/26/2017 by and between Mark Alan Hoffman hereafter called Homeowner, and
Global Roofing, hereafter called Contractor. The said parties, for the considerations hereinafter mentioned, hereby agree to the
following:
1. The Contractor will install new roof and/or other home repairs at Homeowner's property upon approval of insurance claim
by Homeowner's Insurance Company.
2. The Contractor agrees to provide all of the material and labor required to perform the following work described in this
estimate prepared by Contractor and provided to the Homeowner, which is identified by the signatures of the parties to this
agreement and which form a part of this agreement.
3. The Homeowner hereby agrees to pay the Contractor, for the aforesaid materials and labor, the sum 23,734.72 with initial
insurance check due as down payment prior to the commencement of work. Homeowner shall endorse over all insurance
proceed checks to Contractor, including any supplement or supplemental payments made by the Homeowner's Insurance
Company. Payments made by credit or debit card are subject to a 3% transaction fee. All checks should be made out to Global

4. If Homeowner's Insurance Company does not approve a complete replacement value roof claim, this Contract will be null

basis. THE ONLY COST TO HOMEOWNER WILL BE THEIR DEDUCTIBLE, in addition to any non-recoverable
depreciation. Any code upgrades not covered by the Homeowners insurance policy that are required per local building code will
be paid by the homeowner upon job completion.
5. The Contractor agrees to provide and pay for all materials, tools and equipment required for the prosecution and timely
completion of the work. Unless otherwise specified, all materials shall be new and of good quality.
6. In the prosecution of the work, the Contractor shall employ a sufficient number of workers skilled in their trades to suitably
perform the work.
7. The Homeowner, Homeowner's representative, Contractor, and public authorities shall at all times have access to the work.
8. The Homeowner agrees to maintain full insurance on the above-described property during the progress of the work.

casualties; or by labor strikes, late delivery of materials; or by neglect of the Homeowner; the time for completion of the work
shall be extended for the same period as the delay occasioned by any of the aforementioned causes.
10. The Contractor agrees to obtain insurance to protect himself against claims for property damage, bodily injury or death due
to his performance of this agreement.
11. Neither the Homeowner nor Contractor shall have the right to assign any rights or interest occurring under this agreement
without the written consent of the other.
12. This agreement shall be interpreted under laws of the State of Colorado.

guidelines for the local area. The risk assessment of a site for potential movement is not absolute;
rather, it represents a judgment based upon the data available and our experience in the area.
For sites with a risk assessment of high or very high, we recommend an interior floor system
engineered for expansive soils be constructed. An alternative to the use of an engineered floor
system, such as soil modification to reduce the risk assessment, may also be considered. In
addition, an engineered interior floor system is recommended for all finished areas or any other
areas where floor movements cannot be tolerated,

If the Builder and/or Owner desires to construct a concrete slab -on -grade and accepts the risk of
slab movement, slabs supported by the expansive subsurface materials should be constructed

Care should be taken to monitor and reestablish partition voids and flexible connections when
necessary. We are available to provide further consultation regarding basement slab performance
risk assessments.
The crawl space ground surface should be sloped to the perimeter drain system, Trenching or

During construction, the crawl space area should be checked for standing water or very moist
conditions, construction debris, and other deleterious materials. If these conditions exist, the area
should be evaluated and mitigated, as necessary,
Crawl space areas should be constructed with consideration given to proper ventilation and
moisture management. Provisions such as the installation of a vapor retarder should be utilized
to reduce the amount of moisture (humidity) in the crawl space air. The Client and any future
Owner should be aware that crawl space areas are subject to various air quality issues. A
consultant specializing in ventilation and air quality control should be contacted to provide any
additional recommendations. Such recommendations are beyond the geotechnical scope of this
study. The environmental division of A. G. Wassenaar, Inc. is capable of providing such services.
