We shall not be responsible for realigning satellite dishes or solar panels. The Work may require the use of dumpsters, heavy equipment vehicles, and construction equipment on your property. You hold us harmless from any damage to your property caused by weight or movement of such dumpsters, vehicles, or equipment. Dumpsters are for construction debris only. You may be charged additional fees for disposing other items in our dumpsters. We shall take reasonable efforts to remove construction debris. We shall not be expected to keep gates and doors closed, and you shall hold us harmless from claims arising therefrom. Excess construction material shall remain our property. 6. Collection Costs. Unless otherwise limited by applicable law, we shall add a 1.5% monthly service fee to any outstanding balance not paid within thirty (30) days the due date.
