1. THE BASE PLANS ON THESE DRAWINGS HAVE BEEN PLOTTED FROM THE BEST AVAILABLE
INFORMATION, HOWEVER. IT IS THE LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO FIELD

EXPENSE, WHICH ARE NECESSARY TO PERFORM ALL PROPOSED WORK AND SHALL
COMPLY WITH ALL NOTIFICATION AND INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS.
7 LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR SHALL EXAMINE THE SITE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE
