Concrete Encased Electrode: The concrete encased electrode was observed and found to be properly installed. A 4' long vertical piece of #4 rebar was tied to the horizontal wall steel with standard wire ties, including, one bar at the bottom of the wall. The bottom rebar is also tied to the vertical breakouts. It was verified that the bottom row will be encased by a minimum of 2" of concrete.
