Dear Ms. Showalter:
Fax #: 303.235.2857
Thank you for taking the time to meet with me this morning (Monday 10- 18 -10) and initiating the process
of filing for a "Flood Plain Development Permit". I left you documentation and maps, along with the
application, which you will be forwarding on to Tim (in the Public Works Department). It is my
understanding that you will present to him three possible plans for his consideration, which would make
me compliant with the City of Wheat Ridge:
Plan I: Homeowner (Brad Dickman) will take down the nine foot section of fence.
Plan II: Homeowner (Brad Dickman) will be given requirements on how to make the nine feet of
fencing compliant with the City of Wheat Ridge via the permit paid for on 10- 18 -10.
Plan III: Homeowner (Brad Dickman will be given requirements on how to make the nine feet of
fencing compliant as well as extending the length of the fence to the road via the permit
paid for on 10- 18 -10.
I look forward to hearing from you or Tim within the next couple of days in order to bring my property in
compliance with the City of Wheat Ridge.
Thanks again for all your help. Please call me (720.338.0560) if you have any questions, or, if my
understanding of the process is not accurate.
