October 1, but as no inspection had occurred by noon and the weather prediction was not
favorable, we decided to photo-document the work and proceed with floor sheathing.
Amy did arrive at 1:00 PM Wednesday, approved the work and signed the card.

I am in the process of reviewing the addition plans for the above address and require the following information
to continue my review.
I Need wet-stamped engineer letter for new addition on existing one story home.
2 Need all structural details i.e. point loads, repair for cutting of exiting trusses for valley, any new
footings or caissons, etc.
3 Need headers detail (sizes and attachment, trimmers, kings etc.
4 Provide RE S Check to include electrical, mechanical, walls, windows, doors.
Once I receive this information I can continue with my plan review
