This zone district was renamed to Public Facilities (PF). This zone district generally allows for governmental and quasi -governmental uses. In 1991, the property was converted from a water district facility into a residential property. A Certificate of Occupancy was issued for a single-family home in the property in 1991. Based on this CO, staff has determined that the current use on the property of a single-family home is considered legally nonconforming. A home occupation and customary residential accessory uses are permitted. The property may not contain commercial or industrial uses as the primary use of the property as these are inconsistent with the CO and the PF zoning. While not required, a property owner may request a rezoning to a residential zone district to "clean up" the zoning.
