(1) This permit was issued in accordance with ihe provisions set toAh in yopur application and is subjed to the laws of Ne State o/ Colo2tlo and to ihe Zoning
Regulations and Building Cotle of Wheat Ritlge, Cobrado or any other applicable ordinances of the City.
(2) This permil shall expire if (A) the work authorizetl is not commenced within sixry (60) days from issue tlate or (B) the building authorized is suspended or
abandoned for a penod of 120 days.
(3) If this permit expires, a new permit may be acquired for a fee ot one-hal( the amount normally required, provided no changes have been or will be made in the
original plans and speafcations and any suspension or abandonment has not exceetletl one (1) year. If changes are made or if suspension or abantlonment
exceeds ona (7) year, full fees shall be paid for a new permit.
(4) No work ot any manner shall be done that will change the nalural tlow of water causing a drainage problem.
(5) Contrector shall notify the Building Inspector lwenry-four (24) hours in atlvance for all inspeclions and shall receive written approval on inspection card betore
proceediing with successive phases of the job.
(6) The issuance of a pertnit or the appmval of drewings and specifcations shall_ry0pe consirued to be a permit for, nor an approval of, any violation of the provisions
o( the building cotles or any other ordinance, law, mle or regulation.
