Extra material ordered by The CRC to ensure a proper and timely installation remains the property of The CRC. 10. Warranty: The CRC offers a (5) five-year labor and workmanship warranty on all roof replacements and a (1) one-year warranty on all other work performed at the property. This warranty does not include damage from lightening, micro -bursts, tornadoes, flying debris, branches, ice build-up or ice damming, excessive wind, foot traffic, impacts from foreign objects or negligence. The material warranty is limited by the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty will be void should work be performed on the roof by another contractor during the warranty period. 11. Items necessary to pass the local building inspection that are not covered by insurance may be billable items and will be noted on the front page of this contract. 12. Payment terms: 30% due upon delivery of materials and the remaining balance due upon completion of the project or as otherwise noted on the contract. Completion means the date the work is complete, not the date upon which final inspection is perform. The service appeared to be in good condition considering the age of the house, I did not consider the service as a hazard and cannot require that the service be upgrade.
