(1) This permit was issued in acwrdance with the provisions set fotlh in yopur application and is subject lo the laws o( the State of Colorado and to the Zoning
Regulations and Building Code of Wheat Ridge, Colorado or any other applicable ordinances of the City.
(2) This permit shall ezpire if (A) the work authorized is not commence0 within sixty (60) days Bom issue date or (B) ihe building authorized is suspended or
abandoned for a period of 720 days.
(3) If this permit expires, a new permit may be acquired for a fee oF one-half the amounl normally required, provitled no changes have been or will be made in the
original plans and specifcalions and any suspension or abandonment has not azceeded one (7) year. If changes are made or if suspension or abandonment
exceeds one (1) year, full fees shall be paid for a new permit.
(4) No work of any manner shall be done that will change the natural Flow of watar causing a dreinaga problem.
(5) Cantraclor shall notiy the Building Inspector hventy-four (24) houro in advance for all inspedions and shall receive wrinen appmval on inspection cartl before
pmceediing with successive phases of the job.
(6) The issu e( a permil lhe approvai of tlrawings and speciflcafions shall not be constmed to 6e a permit /or, nor an aOProval of, any violation of the
provia of edes or any other ordinance, law, rule or regulation.
