Regulations and Building Code of Whea[ Ritlge, Colorado or any other applicable ordinances of ~he Gity.
(2) This permit shall expire if (A) the work authonzed is not commencetl within sixry (60) tlays from issue tlate or (8) the builtling authorizetl is suspended or
abandoned for a penod of 120 days.
(3) If lhis permit expires, a new permR may be acquired for a fee ot one-half the amount normaly required, provitletl no changes have been or witl be made in the
original plans and specrfications antl any suspension or abandonment has not exceetletl one (1) year. If changes are made or if suspension or abandonment
exceeds one (1) year, full fees shall be paid for a new permit.

(5) Contraclor shall nolify the Building Inspector hvenry-four (24) hours in advance for all inspections antl shall receive written approval on inspection cartl before
pmceediing with successive phases of the 1ob.
(6) The issuance of a pertnit or the approval of drawings and specifcations shall not be construed to be a permit for, nor an approval oF, any violation of the provisions
of the builtling cotles or any other ortlinance, law, rule or regulation.
