The top of the gravel was 31 to 46 inches below the top of the foundation wall. A sump was located in the northwest corner of the crawlspace and was about 31 inches deep. The invert of the pipe entering the sump was about 60 inches below the top of the foundation wall. The sump was dry at the time of our visit.
