All of the bars were properly lapped and tied. The foundation wall forms were properly centered over the drilled pier foundation system, and the reinforcing steel from the piers extended to the top row (?f reinforcing in the foundation wall Paper void material was properly installed between the pier locations in the bottom of the forms.
