(2) This permit shall expire " (A) the work authorrzed Is not commenced within sixty (60) days from issue date or (8) the building authoriZed is suspended or

(3) If thls permit expires, a new permit may be acquirec:l for a fee of one-half the amount normally required, provided no changes have been or will be made in the
