With my dad having the brain tumor, surgery and all the complications and my mom having type of retinal cancer ( this all started 8 days after I pulled the permit) I was not able to work on the project for the better part of 4 months plus. Kirk has inspected and so far the rough electrical and plumbing/hot water heater has been accepted. The stair issue has been resolved and the fix is being installed. FYI the permit does expire on the 17th of October; sorry about this I know it is a real hassle for you all. If an extension is possible please let me know what I need to do. However, Wapiti Enterprises is entitled to retain payments or deposits to compensate Wapiti Enterprises for roofing work actually performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with standard roofing industry practices. Wapiti Enterprises will hold in trust any payment from property owner until the contractor has delivered roofing material to the job site or has performed a majority of the roofing work on the property.
