General - The structure is of two-level residential construction, The foundation system appears to consist of poured concrete, The footings appear to consist of concrete spread footings, This report addresses the area( s) in question only, as a full structural evaluation of the property was not performed. Structural Distress - Based on observations at the interior and exterior of the property it is our opinion that the SW comer has experienced minor settlement. Deflection of the central wood beam system was also observed that results in floor slopes, drywall cracking and door deformations in the upper structure, Recommendation - It is our opinion that the SW comer can be underpinned and stabilized with a total of 3 @ 3-I/2"steel shaft piers per the 3D Piering & Home Improvement diagram, The maximum recommended pier spacing is 6 feet.
