Reducing microbe growth: I understand that the following steps can be taken to reduce microbe growth: (1) Water can be removed as quickly and as thoroughly as possible; (2) Rapid air -movement can increase the rate of evaporation; (3) The relative humidity indoors can be reduced; and (4) If necessary, antimicrobials may be applied. Drying Equipment: I understand that drying equipment will be installed. I will not interfere with this equipment, move it, turn it off, or leave the windows open without first notifying the Company. I will also minimize my entry into affected areas and will use extreme care when doing so. I have been informed that it may take several days to complete the drying process. I understand that I am responsible for loss or theft of drying equipment while in my care and will take necessary precautions to secure and protect this equipment for service rendered. Carpet cleaning and Other Repairs: I understand that the Company does not schedule carpet cleaning or other repairs until drying is complete. Hazardous Substances: I agree to inform the Company, prior to the commencement of work, of any known hazardous substances or unsafe conditions within the Property.
