REGARDING ROOF VENTILATION: Roof ventilation shall comply with IBC Sec. 1203.2 or IRC Sec. R806. The installation of ridge venting requires the installation or existence of soffit venting. For calculation purposes, one hat or turtle vent equal to one-half of one square foot of opening. Effective December 1, 2014, asphalt shingle installations require an approved midroof inspection, conducted when 25-75% of the roof covering is installed, prior to final approval. Installation of roof sheathing (new or overlay) is required on the entire roof when spaced or board sheathing with ANY gap exceeding one half inch exists. Sheathing and mid -roofs may be called in at the same time, one hundred percent of the sheathing must be complete and 25-75% of the mid -roof may be complete. Asphalt shingles are required to be fastened to the roof deck with a minimum of 6 nails per shingle. Ice and water shield is required. Eave and rake metal is required. A ladder extending 3 feet above the roof eave and secured in place is required to be provided for all roof inspections. Roof ventilation is required to comply with applicable codes and/or manufacturer installation instructions, whichever is more stringent. I CONTACTED S1 WEAVER WHO TOLD ME THAT SHE WAS THE LESSEE OF THE PROPERTY. I ADVISED S1 WEAVER OF THE COMPLAINTS. WEAVER TOLD ME THAT HER BROTHER S3 WEAVER AND HIS FAMILY AND HER FATHER 54 WEAVER HAD BEEN STAYING AT THE RESIDENCE FOR ABOUT A MONTH. S2 SNOW WAS ALSO AT THE RESIDENCE AND TOLD ME THAT HE AND HIS GIRLFRIEND S5 ELANA DO NOT STAY AT THE HOUSE. I ADVISED S1 WEAVER OF THE ZONING REGULATIONS REGARDING MORE THAN THREE UNRELATED PEOPLE LIVING IN THE HOUSE AND ADVISED HER THAT PEOPLE COULD NOT SLEEP IN THE SHED. S1 WEAVER TOLD ME THAT S2 SNOW WAS HER NEPHEW. OFFICER WITH AND I WERE CONTACTEO BY W1 SHARP WHO TOLD US THAT S1 WEAVER HAD CLAIMED PREVIOUSLY THAT S2 SNOW WAS HER COUSIN. I ADVISED SHARP THAT S3 WEAVER HAD TOLD US HE WAS RETURNING TO ARIZONA, SHARP ALSO ADVISED THAT S2 SNOW'S DOGS WERE RUNNING LOOSE AND THAT HE HAD HIT ONE OF THE DOGS THIS MORNING BECAUSE THEY GOT AWAY FROM HIM.
