Site: 1. The address and unit numbers will need to be posted on a temporary basis and permanently affixed to the building in a minimum of 4 inch numbers on a contrasting background. UFC 91 10.301(a). Amended. 2. Fire lanes will need to be posted, "No parking Fire Lane" with signs that meet City of Wheat Ridge standards. UFC 91 10.206. 2. Building Stories: 1. The rear area as discussed will need to be raised so that the building will be two stories, not three or an approved automatic sprinkler system will need to be installed. UFC 91 10.507(h). 3. Occupancy separations: 1. The occupancy separation walls in the garage area and between units will need to be changed to 5/8's X sheet rock instead of 1/2 inch X sheet rock and will need to meet the requirements set forth within the Building Code.
