Yes, we desire to fence the property, in a completely lawful manner, in order to keep bad actors out, assuming there are any in Wheat Ridge. Is there a possibility that people maybe dumping, camping and/or conducting other activities there that the city might appreciate them not doing? Our intention is to fence the site to help deter any of that type activity on the site. We would like the City to grant us permission to fence the site as long as it meets all legal requirements and involves no expensive municipal licenses or fees to do it. Please contact me if you have any other questions or comments in this regard.
