Regulations and Building Code of Wheat Ridge, Colorado or any other applicable ordinances of the City.
(2) This pennit shall expire if (A) the wOrk authorized is not commenced within sixty (60) days from issue date or (B) the building authorized is suspended or
abandoned for a periOd 01120 days.
(3) If this permit expires. a new permit may be acquired for a fee of one-half the amount normally required. provided no changes have been or will be made in the
original plans and specifications and any suspension or abandonment has not exceeded one (1) year. If changes are made or if suspension or abandonment
exceeds one (1) year, full fees shall be paid for a new permit.
(4) No work of any manner shall be done that will change the natural flow of water causing a drainage problem.
(5) Contractor shall notify the BuDding Inspector twenty-four (24) hours in advance for all inspections and shall receive written approval on inspection card before

Thanks for the heads-up. Yes, we desire to fence the property, in a completely lawful
manner, in order to keep bad actors out, assuming there are any in Wheat Ridge. Is there
a possibility that people maybe dumping, camping and/or conducting other activities there
that the city might appreciate them not doing? Our intention is to fence the site to help
deter any of that type activity on the site.
We would like the City to grant us permission to fence the site as long as it meets all
legal requirements and involves no expensive municipal licenses or fees to do it.
Please contact me if you have any other questions or comments in this regard.

Regarding the property on the NE corner of 44th and Kipling in Wheat
Ridge, CO - I received a permit to build a fence along the Kipling
Street frontage, and I don't see any evidence on the permit that you
approved of this (as the property owner), just the contractors
signature.
If you could verify that you approved this lId appreciate so I can sign
off on it.
