ORDER The City of Wheat Ridge Building Official has determined the building referenced above to be a Dangerous Building and to constitute a health hazard if occupied, as more fully stated above. Pursuant to Code occupancy shall not be permitted until all issues are brought up to code and are inspected by the City of Wheat Ridge Building Department.
