My apologies for the delay in getting the revised SWMP to you. We have
included your requested revisions for the temporary fence and also the
vehicle tracking control.
Regarding the utilities, Xcel will be disconnecting the gas from a point in
38th Avenue and the electric service from their pedestal at the edge of the
property. Alpine will only be disconnecting and capping the services at the
edge of foundation removal, The water and sewer service

Thanks for your patience, I have one question for you. Will you be removing
existing utility connections, districts usually requires this as part of the
demolition. If so I need to see the locations of where you will be digging
to remove any utilities, and if you could define the line work for the
utilities that would be appreciated. Also what is being used to control

doing this i.e. construction fencing etc. And one last thing add the
attached UDFCDs detail sheets to the SWMP,
